- Strong analytical skills with at least three years of experience reviewing financial terms, payment schedules, and commission reconciliations against contract clauses
- Advanced stakeholder negotiation and communication – comfortable liaising with universities, RTOs, overseas papartners and migration professionals across borders
- High-level proficiency in MS Word, PPowerPointnt and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while still being collaborative and proactive

What Your Week Will Actually Look Like
The work follows the natural cycle of student journeys and partnership renewals – no two weeks are identical.
You will typically handle:
- Developing, rereviewinging and administering student service agreements, migration consultancy contracts,racts and institutional partnership agreements to ensure full compliance with the ESOS Act 2000, National Code, and Migration Agents Code of Conduct
- Managing contract variations triggered by enrolment changes, course transfers, visa condition updates, or refund arrangements
- Liaising with Australian education providers, training organisations, and overseas partner offices to coordinate contractual obligations and service scope
- Preparing and maintaining a comprehensive contract register covering student agreements, commission agreements, MOUs, and referral arrangements
- Monitoring overseas representatives and sub-agents to ensure compliance with commission structures, recruitment standard,s and ethical marketing requirements
- Drafting and reviewing commission agreements with education institutions – fee schedules, payment terms, performance clauses
- Responding promptly to contractual enquiries from students, parents, education provide,rs and regulatory authorities
- Identifying contractual risks (misrepresentation, documentation errors, refund exposure, compliance breaches) and implementing mitigation measures
- Coordinating documentation for new partnership negotiations with universities, colle,ges or vocational providers
- Reviewing invoices, commission reconciliat,ions and payment schedules to confirm alignment with contractual terms
- Advising management on contractual exposure, regulatory up,dates and compliance requirements affecting migration and education advisory services
- Maintaining accurate documentation control across multi-office operations
